Having been originally set to for a July 2020 release, Sony Pictures has moved to push its Jared Leto-headlined Morbius back yet again. After that July 2020 date was pulled, the movie was moved to this coming March. Now though, Sony has shifted the picture back to a new 8th October 2021 date.
Morbius will exist within the same Spider-Verse realm as Venom, with several other pictures in various stages of development for Spider-names like Spider-Woman, Black Cat, Silver Sable, Kraven the Hunter, Silk, and Jackpot,
Before Morbius gets here, Venom: Let There Be Carnage is presently set for a 25 June 2021 release – with that movie to see Tom Hardy’s Venom joined by Woody Harrelson’s maniacal, murderous Carnage.
